RAPPAHANNOCK RIVER CAMPGROUND
Rappahannock River CampgroundThis campground offers 45 primitive camp sites on 51 acres bordering the beautiful Rappahannock River (see also canoeing). Each site has a picnic table and stone-ringed campfire pit. Clean privies and running water are nearby. Hot showers and dressing rooms are centrally located. The Camp Store is fully stocked with camping, canoeing and fishing supplies for sale and for rent. Firewood is also available. The campground is conveniently located near famous Civil War Battlefields, several vineyards and offers some of the best small-mouth bass fishing in the state. It is a perfect place to come and relax.
